Analysis by The Observer has found that tech abuse plays a significant role in the most serious domestic abuse cases, featuring in two in five domestic homicides in the UK. Domestic abuse commissioner Nicole Jacobs said the analysis showed the “devastating consequences” of technology abuse, and called for stronger responses from police and public services.
